STS Tecnopolimeri srl was founded in 1995 as a company specializing in the injection molding of thermoplastic materials, with a particular focus on engineering plastics. With a comprehensive in-house organization and cutting-edge technologies, we support our clients through every stage of the production cycle: from design to delivery of the finished piece.
Mold workshop and production department
Our in-house mechanical workshop is equipped with CNC milling machines, lathes, die-sinking and wire EDM machines, as well as all the equipment needed for mold manufacturing and maintenance.
The molding department operates injection molding machines ranging from 22 to 650 tons, operating in two or three shifts, depending on production requirements.
This configuration allows us to handle both small and medium-sized runs, maintaining flexibility and consistent quality.
Investments and technologies for the future
In recent years, approximately 10% of our turnover has been reinvested in advanced machinery and technological tools, such as energy-efficient electric presses and high-precision process control systems.
We have introduced a 3D laser scanner and a CMM for dimensional measurements and reverse engineering, strengthening our capabilities in dimensional inspection and technical prototyping.
We use technical polymers with special fillers, such as glass and carbon fiber, which allow us to develop high-performance solutions for demanding sectors.
Complementary services for a complete finished product
Thanks to established partnerships, we are able to offer additional processes such as painting, screen printing, pad printing, chrome plating, nickel plating, and surface texturing with leather, wood, or carbon fiber effects.
We also offer prototyping support with SLA and SLS technologies, as well as mechanical machining and precision small parts.
All this allows us to provide an integrated service, eliminating the need for customers to rely on external suppliers.

We operate according to ISO 9001 (certification active since 1999) and ISO 14001 (since 2010) standards, applying systematic controls at every stage of production, with complete documentation and traceability. Our small-to-medium size allows us to be responsive, flexible, and focused on customer satisfaction, without burdensome organizational constraints.
